Refund Policy (EN)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

⚠️ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used:

  • Mouth tape or similar personal wellness and oral care items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Mouth tape is considered a hygienic and personal wellness item. It cannot be returned or refunded if the packaging has been opened or tampered with. Returns are only accepted if the mouth tape is completely unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.

🛠 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To qualify, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
However, this right does not apply to opened hygienic items, including mouth tape.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
